"Beautiful hotel in a prime location adjacent to the square in downtown Healdsburg. Every member of the hotel staff from the front desk to the bartender and wait staff we’re all so friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and also had friendly and attentive waitstaff. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

The garden is absolutely divine, especially with the beautiful music playing in the background—it creates a magical atmosphere. While the food at the restaurant could use some improvement, the overall experience more than makes up for it. I will definitely be returning to stay at this stunning hotel again."

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the Maids were pleasant. The pool was clean and well kept. We dined at the Tides Restaurant and that was a fun experience. Great food and great service. Staff was always friendly. The only downfall for us was the night we arrived. We got in late, and we couldn’t find a restaurant to eat at because all the eateries in Bodega Bay closed at 8p/8:30p. And the restaurant at the hotel is reservation ONLY and they weren’t taking anymore reservations for the night :("

"Had a wonderful time here. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had our two young kids with us and the sofa bed was all set up when we got to our room, which was such a nice additional service and very thoughtful of them to think of. We will definitely be coming back!"
"Across the street from Graton Casino and they have a shuttle. Very clean everywhere not just in the room. Great breakfast not typical of hotels. Jacuzzi and fire pit. Nice have a separate room for the toilet and a shower and soaker tub. Furnishings in the room could use an update."
"It’s a fun hotel to stay at because it’s so old. The rooms were decent. I felt they were a little bit rundown. Staff was very friendly. I like the location of railroad Square, but parking felt very unsafe. You have to park a little bit down from the hotel. There’s a lot of homeless people in that area so was definitely nervous when I had to drive back at night and walk from the parking lot to the hotel as a single. "
